Growth demands evolution, and with Salsa Shop’s expansion across the Netherlands and Europe comes a fresh new identity. Eindhoven is the first to see it: gone are the neon brights, replaced by richer, warmer tones that bring the heat of Mexico to the rainy streets of the Netherlands. Dark red, raw wood, and a touch of modern edge set the scene for something authentic but contemporary.
The evolution isn’t just visual. Salsa Shop Eindhoven is the second location to feature self-order kiosks—already a hit in Utrecht—because sometimes, you just want to cut the small talk and get straight to the good stuff.

Co-owner Louis Wesseling knows they’re onto something: “We saw how wildly successful this concept was in the US and the UK, and we knew the Netherlands needed it. Healthy, fresh, and ridiculously tasty Mexican food that doesn’t compromise on quality or speed. Eindhoven is one of the biggest cities in the south, and when the opportunity came up, it was a no-brainer. They appreciate good food here.”
