Behind every burrito, bowl and taco we serve, there’s a team that makes it happen. Not just with fast hands and fresh ingredients, but with heart. At Salsa Shop, we’re not just a food brand. We’re a crew of individuals with big dreams, good energy, and serious love for flavour.
This is more than a job
Some of our teammates dream of opening their own restaurant one day. Some came to the Netherlands for a study all the way from Mexico, bringing flavours, family stories and a whole lot of passion with them. And one of our crew used to run catering gigs for huge events. Safe to say: they know how to handle spice and pressure.
Everyone brings something different to the table. And that’s what makes our food, and our team, so full of flavour.
No scripts, just stories
We’re proud of our roots and our routes. Some started as baristas, others straight out of school, or from food trucks and kitchens across the world. We don’t believe in stiff hierarchies. We believe in energy, teamwork, and real conversations — whether it’s about salsa levels or big life goals.

We care about what we serve. That means working fresh, using our ingredients smart, and choosing packaging that makes more sense. We’re not here to preach sustainability, but we do believe in doing better, step by step.
That’s why our team’s always coming up with ways to reduce waste, rethink prep, or improve how we serve.
