No shortcuts here. We prep all our ingredients fresh, in-house, every day.
- Grilled chicken, slow-cooked beef barbacoa or grilled veggies
- White rice or bulgur and black beans that bring balance and body
- Fresh toppings: think crunchy lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and corn salsa
- And let’s not forget the homemade guac and one of our signature salsas – they make everything better.
Everything is prepped in small batches throughout the day, so nothing sits around for long.
Step 2: You build it. We roll it. Fresh to order.
When you walk in and choose your burrito, we don’t reach for something under a heat lamp.
We build your burrito on the spot — from scratch.
It goes like this:
- You pick your base (white or whole wheat tortilla)
- You choose your protein, rice, beans and toppings
- We layer it all with care, wrap it tight, and roll it right in front of you
